Each of the uniquely decorated rooms has a charm of its own. All rooms have guest-controlled air conditioning, televisions, telephones, wireless Internet, hairdryer, writing desk, comfortable chairs, iron and ironing board. FAX machine available for guest use. Our premier suite, the Denver Suite is named after General James W. Denver, a native of Wilmington. General Denver was the territorial governor of the Kansas territory, and the namesake of Denver, Colorado. This is a large suite that looks out on to the back gardens where you can see the result of Mumsie's hard work and green thumb.

This room is named after Dr. A. T. Davis. The doctor built the house for himself and his family, and also helped to create the Clinton County Medical Society. One of the larger rooms in the house, it has a king size bed that can be converted to two twin beds, and a private bathroom with a jetted tub and shower. It also has a desk for writing and a small sitting area. This room overlooks the front of the house, which catches all the morning sun.
